PRINCIPAL
Mrs. Jennifer Klein brings over 18 years of educational leadership experience to her role as Principal of St. Ann Catholic School. Her career spans both elementary and secondary settings, where she has demonstrated a strong commitment to instructional excellence, curriculum development, and data-informed decision-making. Mrs. Klein has led the implementation of a comprehensive K–4 Literacy Program and successfully introduced world language instruction at the primary level, broadening students’ cognitive and cultural competencies. Her leadership is grounded in servant leadership, fostering collaborative cultures among faculty while maintaining a clear focus on student achievement and whole-child development.
A lifelong advocate of Catholic education, Mrs. Klein views the principalship as both a professional responsibility and a vocational calling. She works closely with faculty, families, and parish leadership to promote a school culture rooted in Christian values, academic rigor, and inclusive practices. Her expertise includes instructional leadership, differentiated support services, and faculty development, with an emphasis on sustaining high expectations through relationship-building and continuous improvement.
